4 months....

It is so hard for me to believe 4 months have gone by since Owen was born. It seemed like he would never be born when I was pregnant but don't all pregnancies feel like that-like time has slowed way down and sometimes stopped? I am wondering why I was so worried about having five kids. Don't get me wrong there are days that are completely crazy but in a good way. Owen is the least demanding out of all of our kids. He's so mellow and for the most part just fusses when he is tired or hungry. Yesterday he must have had a tummy ache and cried for a bout 10 min. When he had settled down Jocelyn asked "What is wrong with him?" I just laughed- we rarely get to hear his real cry. He loves to be where all the action is and lights up whenever anyone gives him attention- even if they run by and say "Hi Owen". He is so close to rolling over and has mastered going in a complete circle on his play mat. He also loves to be cuddled- none of the others wanted to stay still long enough for a good cuddle.
People have asked us if he is a good baby and when I say yes they immediately say -Is he or is it just because he is the fifth. I'm sure it's both reasons only because I remember with Ethan someone told me it gets better by the time they are 6 weeks old and I just cried saying I don't think I can make. Riley was they same way-fussy! That's why it was so hard when I found out I was pregnant again. If we could be guaranteed to have another mellow baby like Owen- and it be a girl for Jocelyn's sake-sign me up now -ok maybe not. For now we will enjoy every last baby moment to the fullest. Owen makes it so easy.

Come on, you have to do it again! Your kids are all darling and you are made to have a large family! You look great and Owen is a doll.

Owen is adorable!!! I'm so glad he is such a good baby for you. Everyone says after you have 3 you might as well have 6! I don't know if I agree with that logic (from a mom's point of view) but big families are really fun!

I've said the same thing about Presley. If I could choose a model---she would be it! Maybe it does have something to do with the 5th? Whatever it is, thank goodness for it!
